Food Business consultant and trainer, Viridiana Ponce, will guide you through the logistics of pivoting to this new model by defining your menu and prices, understanding your target audience, learning technology tools you need to sell online, and more. We will also have Food Business entrepreneurs as guest speakers and local commercial kitchen representatives. The last class will be a Virtual Food Market!
